  1. Teilnehmen können:

    1. Schweizer Gesangsschüler und Gesangsschülerinnen, deren Hauptfachlehrkraft Mitglied des SMPV ist
    2. diplomierte Schweizer Sängerinnen und Sänger, die selbst Vollmitglied des SMPV sind
    3. Ausländerinnen und Ausländer sind teilnahmeberechtigt, wenn sie seit mindestens zwei Jahren in der Schweiz wohnhaft sind und seit
      1. mindestens zwei Jahren bei einem Mitglied des SMPV Gesang studieren oder
      2. seit mindestens einem Jahr Mitglied des SMPV sind.
    4. Es gibt kein Mindestalter für die Teilnahme. Die Altersgrenze liegt bei 32 Jahren (Jahrgang 1986 und jünger)

  2. Programm / Klavierbegleitung

    1. Das Programm besteht aus vier Werken aus mindestens drei Epochen wobei eine Arie von Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, ein Kunstlied und zwei weitere Arien (Oper oder Oratorium) vorzubereiten sind.
    2. Die KandidatInnen bezeichnen bei der Anmeldung das Stück, mit welchem sie ihren Vortrag beginnen wollen.
    3. Die Jury entscheidet, welche weiteren Stücke vorgetragen werden müssen. Dieser Entscheid wird den Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten mindestens 15 Minuten vor ihrem Auftritt mitgeteilt.
    4. Als Korrepetitor steht James Alexander zur Verfügung. Verständigungsproben (1 x 30 Minuten pro Kandidatin/pro Kandidat - in der Anmeldungsgebühr inbegriffen) finden in Bern statt. Es liegt in der Verantwortung der KandidatInnen, rechtzeitig einen Probentermin mit James Alexander auszumachen.
      Es ist nicht erlaubt, eine eigene Korrepetitorin oder einen eigenen Korrepetitor mitzubringen.

  3. Zulassung

    Über die Zulassung zur Audition entscheidet der Stiftungsrat der Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann-Stiftung aufgrund der eingegangenen Unterlagen. Es werden maximal 20 Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten zugelassen. Der Entscheid des Stiftungsrats ist unanfechtbar.

  4. Anmeldung

    Die Anmeldung erfolgt bis spätestens Samstag, 14. April 2018, 23.59 Uhr mit einem elektronischen Anmeldedossier auf www.elvirissima.ch/formular Dieses muss zwingend enthalten:

    1. Das vollständig ausgefüllte Online-Anmeldeformular
    2. Zwei Dateien im Format mp3 mit mindestens 2 Werken (Private Aufnahmen in HD-Qualität genügen.)
    3. Curriculum Vitae (pdf)
    4. Eine Passkopie sowie bei AusländerInnen eine Schweizer Wohnsitzbestätigung (pdf)
    5. Noten der vier ausgewählten Werke (pdf)

      6. Ist die Anmeldung unvollständig oder wird die Einschreibegebühr nicht bis 14 Tage vor dem Wettbewerbsdatum bezahlt (Valuta 7.5. 2018), wird die Kandidatin/der Kandidat von der Teilnahme ausgeschlossen.

  5. Teilnahmegebühr

    Die Teilnahmegebühr beträgt für den Wettbewerb 2018 CHF 150.00 und ist bis zum 7. Mai 2018 zu überweisen: IBAN CH22 0844 0254 0559 8200 3 Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann-Stiftung in 6037 Root Oberfeld - Vermerk "Elvirissima 2018" Wird eine Teilnehmerin oder ein Teilnehmer nicht zum Wettbewerb zugelassen, wird die Einschreibegebühr (abzüglich einer Bearbeitungsgebühr von CHF 50.00) zurückerstattet.

  6. Live-Stream, öffentliche Audition

    Die Audition ist öffentlich, und wird live gestreamt. Mit ihrer Anmeldung erteilen die Kandidatinnen und Kandidaten der Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann-Stiftung die Berechtigung, ihren Auftritt live zu streamen und das aufgenommene Ton- und Bildmaterial zu Dokumentations- und Werbezwecken für die Stiftung zu verwenden.

  7. Preise

    Es werden folgende Preise vergeben:

    1. Preis CHF 9'600.- (ausbezahlt in 12 monatlichen Tranchen von CHF 800.- )
    2. Preis CHF 4'800.- (ausbezahlt in 12 monatlichen Tranchen von CHF 400.-)
    3. Preis CHF 2'000.-

      4. Publikumspreis: CHF1000.-

      Die Preisträger werden bei der Schlussreception bekanntgegeben.
      Es besteht keine Rekursmöglichkeit gegen das Urteil der Jury.

  1. Le concours est ouvert:

    1. Aux étudiantes et étudiants de chant suisses dont les professeurs sont membres de la SSPM
    2. Aux chanteurs et chanteuses diplômés suisses, qui sont membres à part entière de la SSPM
    3. Aux chanteurs et chanteuses étrangers, s'ils résident en Suisse depuis au moins deux ans et
      1. ont étudié avec un membre SSPM pendant au moins deux ans ou
      2. sont membre à part entière de la SSPM depuis au moins une année.
    4. Il n'y a pas d'âge minimum pour participer. La limite d'âge est de 32 ans (né en 1986 et plus jeune)

  2. Programme / accompagnement de piano

    1. Le programme se compose de quatre oeuvres d'au moins trois époques, avec un air de Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, un lied et deux autres airs (d'opéra ou d'oratorio) à préparer.
    2. Les candidats indiquent lors de l'inscription la pièce avec laquelle ils désirent commencer leur audition.
    3. Le jury décide quelles autres pièces doivent être présentées. Cette décision sera communiquée aux candidats au moins 15 minutes avant leur audition.
    4. Le pianiste accompagnateur est M. James Alexander. Il sera disponible pour des répétitions de 30 minutes par candidat (à Berne) durant les trois semaines qui précèdent l'audition. Il est de la responsabilité des candidats de prendre rendez-vous avec M. Alexander à temps.
      Il est interdit aux candidats d'amener leur propre accompagnateur.

  3. Admission

    Le Conseil de la Fondation Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann décide de l'admission à l'audition sur la base des documents reçus. Un maximum de 20 candidats seront admis. Les décisions du Conseil de Fondation sont définitives et sans appel.

  4. Inscription

    L'inscription doit être soumise au plus tard le samedi 14 avril 2018 à 23h59 via un dossier d'enregistrement électronique sur www.elvirissima.ch/formular et doit inclure:

    1. Le formulaire d'inscription en ligne dûment rempli
    2. Deux enregistrements en format mp3 avec au moins 2 oeuvres (des enregistrements privés en qualité HD suffisent.)
    3. Curriculum Vitae (pdf)
    4. Une copie du passeport ainsi qu'un certificat de résidence suisse pour les étrangers (pdf)
    5. Les partitions des quatre oeuvres sélectionnées (pdf)

      6. Si l'inscription est incomplète ou si les frais d'inscription ne sont pas payés 14 jours avant la date du concours (date de valeur: 7.5.2018), le candidat est exclu de la participation.

  5. Frais d'inscription

    Les frais d'inscription au Concours 2018 sont de CHF 150.00 et doivent être payés avant le 7 Mai 2018 : IBAN CH22 0844 0254 0559 8200 3 Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann-Stiftung à 6037 Root Oberfeld; mention "Elvirissima 2018"
    Si un participant n'est pas admis au concours, les frais d'inscription (moins les frais d'administration de CHF 50.00) seront remboursés.

  6. Diffusion en direct, audition publique

    L'audition est publique et sera diffusée en direct. Avec leur inscription, les candidats accordent à la Fondation Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann le droit de diffuser en direct leur prestation et d'utiliser le matériel audio et vidéo enregistré à des fins de documentation et de publicité pour la Fondation.

  7. Prix

    Les prix suivants sont à gagner:

    1. 1er prix CHF 9'600.- (versement sous forme de douze mensualités de CHF 800.-)
    2. 2.ème prix CHF 4'800.- (versement sous forme de douze mensualités de CHF 400.-)
    3. 3ème prix CHF 2'000.-

      4. Prix du public: CHF 1000.-

      Les lauréats seront annoncés lors de la réception finale.
      Les décisions du jury sont définitives et sans appel.

  1. The competition is open to

    1. Swiss voice students whose teacher is a member of the SMPV
    2. Swiss singers with a master's degree in voice who are themselves full members of the SMPV
    3. Foreigners are eligible to participate if they have lived in Switzerland for at least two years and
      1. if they have studied voice with a member of SMPV for at least two years
      2. if they have been a member of the SMPV for at least one year.
    4. There is no minimum age for participation. The age limit is 32 years (born 1986 and younger)

  2. program / accompanist

    1. The program consists of four works from at least three different epochs, with an aria by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, an art song and two other arias (opera or oratorio) to prepare.
    2. Please indicate with which piece you would like to start your audition.
    3. The jury decides which other pieces have to be presented. The candidates will be informed about this decision at least 15 minutes before their actual audition.
    4. The accompanist is James Alexander. Rehearsals ( 30 minutes per candidate - included in the registration fee) will take place in Bern. It is the responsibility of the candidates to make a rehearsal date in time with James Alexander.
      Candidates are not allowed to bring their own accompanist.

  3. Admission

    The Foundation Board of the Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann Foundation decides on admission to the audition on the basis of the evaluation of the submitted dossiers. A maximum of 20 candidates will be admitted. The decision of the Foundation Board is final and incontestable.

  4. Application

    The online application form on www.elvirissima.ch/formular duly completed has to be submitted no later than by Friday, saturday, april 14th 2018, 23.59 hours. The dossier must contain:

    1. the completed online application form
    2. Two files in mp3 format with at least 2 works. (Private recordings in HD quality are sufficient.)
    3. CV (pdf)
    4. A passport copy as well as a Swiss residence confirmation for foreigners (pdf)
    5. Scores of the four selected works (pdf)

      6. If the registration is incomplete or if the registration fee is not paid 14 days prior to the competition date (value date 7.5.2018), the candidate is excluded from participation.

  5. Registration fee

    The registration fee for the competition 2018 is CHF 150.00 and must be paid by May 7, 2018:

    If a participant is not admitted to the competition, the registration fee (less an administrative charge of CHF 50.00) will be refunded.

  6. Live stream, public audition

    The audition is public and will be streamed live. With their registration, the candidates grant the Elvira-Lüthi-Wegmann-Foundation the right to stream their performance live and to use the recorded audio and visual material for documentation and advertising purposes for the Foundation.

  7. Prizes

    The following prizes will be awarded:

    1. 1st prize CHF 9'600.- (paid in 12 monthly installments of CHF 800.-)
    2. 2nd prize CHF 4'800.- (paid in 12 monthly installments of CHF 400.-)
    3. 3rd prize CHF 2'000.-

      4. audience award: CHF 1000.-

      The winners will be announced at the final reception.
      There is no recourse against the verdict of the jury.
